[ Illya's mouth forms a little 'o' as she listens to Serena speak. She didn't exactly expect to run into someone new to town here of all places - but then again, it's not like it's totally strange for people to move here, so it's just a faint surprise. ]

[ .. okay, maybe she's still a little distracted by the thought as she says that though, judging by the way her tone trails off. The girl turns her head, looking at the chaos all around them, and then decides to let go of the DVD with just one hand so she can gesture at the mess. ]

In that case, though..! Um, it's usually not that bad here, I promise! I think everyone's just going a little wild because of the sale and all.. [ As if it's somehow important that Serena doesn't get a bad first (or, you know, second, if she's been here for a tiny bit after moving) impression of this place. ]
