Oho! Since Surge is a Teenager^TM, Obi probably wouldn't fight her in competition the way he'd fight another adult, but since she seems like the type to take umbrage to that and get very scrappy about it, he'd definitely indulge her in sparring/training. He'd be open to teaching her all sorts of dirty tricks.
