Admittedly, Daryl hadn't thought his out-loud thoughts would be acknowledged, much less with such an in-depth answer as all of that.

He's dumbfounded at first, listening as Cadeyrn's explanation involves how to even keep one maintained. While he's listening, his eyes glance over Cadeyrn's cart, to see the other man's shopping compared to his own. That... sure is a lot of sweets. But with the flour... maybe this guy owns some sort of confectionery. And looking over Caderyn himself, well... that appearance doesn't seem to match what he'd imagine someone at a confectionery would wear. But then, it's probably this guy's day off. And everyone has free-time clothes. So who is he to judge?

And then Caderyn points out one that would be large enough to be more than what he thought he needed. Something that does all of the functions of toast and more, replacing his own oven.

Looking up at the option, he does have another question.

"Is it... cheaper? Than having an actual oven?" He's never had one. How fast does it preheat? Is it more like an oven when it comes to foods or a microwave? He doesn't want his fried chicken soggy, thank you. Replacing a whole oven seems almost counterintuitive. Why do all the homes have ovens if these smaller things can replace them? There must be some sort of catch, right?
