Karen could probably help with a place to live. We touched on it briefly in the still ongoing thread, but her older sister owns the building she lives in and isn't charging her a thing to stay there. I haven't made it an official in game business and likely will not because there isn't much need for competing apartment complexes.

Its a pretty fancy place, and not the sort of apartment a college student would normally be living in by herself. It'd probably be difficult for Lisa to rent a room for herself, but thankfully she knows someone with a place of her own that isn't being charged rent.

After being the first person she confessed her Dreamer identity to, as well as being in two major fights together, it doesn't feel out of the question Karen would offer to help if she ever found out Lisa needed a place.
