Welcome to Beautiful Dreamer's very first AU/CR Plotting Meme! This first version is going up in advance of the game itself to give potential applicants the opportunity to feel out how they want to play their AUs as well as shopping around for pre-game CR and potentially some CR castmates...??? Perish the thought!
During future app rounds, the AU and CR Plotting memes will be split in two in order for new players to have a bit of breathing room in workshopping their CR but in this pre-game stretch while we're all chewing on the bars of our collective cage you get a two for one deal!
Don't feel as though you have to be 100% beholden to anything you brainstorm here – ultimately this is just to get ideas flowing and to help prebake some character connections before entry into the game. Feel free to also take a look around the FAQ pages or tag about on the TDM before posting here and generate some ideas that way!

About: AU names pending. "Human" icons will probably be borrowed from The Legend of Chu'nian, no matter what age.
Ashura would be born a boy. Though I might have him question being nonbinary later.
Ashura would definitely be a dreamer. I'd just have to make the decision between starting him as a child (which I'm so strongly tempted to do) or to have him be an adult. Maybe I can have him be an adult in the waking world and a child in the Dream Sphere (If only so I don't need to purge every one of my icons. But still leaning strongly towards child in both worlds). I would absolutely LOVE for Ashura to have an in-game mentor, if that's something possible with other players~.
Leaning towards weapon summoning, to summon his canon sword, maybe.
New history for him would be something along the lines of y'know, average kid doing school things. Maybe falls asleep on his desk and wakes up to find out he's a dreamer. Anxieties pending. I like to be nice to my kids (especially when their canon is so traumatising), so I don't know how much I'll give him more than maybe a test coming up or something. If I keep him as a kid.
If adult route, perhaps a person who runs a fashion company during the waking world. More to work with here in a lot of ways. Might be more serious as an adult, big work ethic, and determined to keep things successful. But he will be fair to his employees as far as pay, but expect them to be on time and take things seriously. May be prone to scolding. Transforming into a "magical child" would be a hilarious change of pace for him to perhaps get him reconnected with some things he lost in childhood.
Short Term & Long Term Plans: Eh, just kind of want him to reconnect with some lost things from his childhood due to strict parents or something. And have him lighten up. The more I think about it, adult that changes into a magical kid would be the best route~
